A powerful telephone operator’s console, with which numerous telephone calls can be handled fast and easily. User-friendly, with miscellaneous clever functions for a smooth call operating.

Establish independent operator’s consoles and telephone lists
With a PeterConnects system you can establish different independent operator’s consoles and telephone lists (e.g. at a common use of a company building by different companies or departments).

Easy handling per keyboard or mouse
All actions e.g. easy performance of the following functions: taking calls, put them into the waiting loop, put them through or interrupt them, establish telephone conferences.

Telephone lists

Within the Attendant Program a company internal and an own telephone directory can be used.

Functions of the Company Telephone directory:

- Own telephone lists
Besides the single attendant user can establish their own telephone list. These lists can be stored for the mentioned attendant user or can be unblocked as well for the use of other colleagues.

- Common use of the Corporate telephone directory
With the option of a common use the employees can use the Corporate telephone directory.

- Inquiry of the telephone directory of IP telephones
With different options

- Inquiry of the telephone directory with an internet browser

Identify employees’ locations

- Identify locations of the employees and add information fields
Referring to the current location of logged in employees (with Extension Mobility) the up-to-date location is shown on the operator’s console.

- Add/show employees’ information
In addition to this information fields for the employees can be added via the operator’s console, e.g. “is on vacation” (with date of return)

Caller recognition

Caller recognition
The telephone numbers of external callers are automatically recognised when a call comes in, name and details are displayed on the Attendant console and on the receivers’s telephone.
For customers that call the same employee on a regular basis, the receiver’s destination number can be pre-selected to fast track the call without the operator needing to look up the number. A web based link to the organisations’s CRM application is also possible allowing the immediate display of the records of a calling customer and their call history.

Pre-selection of redirection numbers
For an incoming call the often used redirection numbers are pre-selected.

Priority callers
Want to give priority service to certain customers? Attendant can enable this by recognising the caller and giving them priority in a queue to ensure important callers receive priority service.

VClipboard notes for sharing information
Take quick notes during telephone conversations and share them with other Attendant operators to ensure everyone has the latest information on a caller and their interaction with the organisation.

Sending messages to pagers or IP telephones

Text messages to IP telephones
Send text messages to employees even when the destination telephone is busy. For fast communication with a busy employee, messages are delivered with a sound signal or if desired with a confirmation or rejection option.
For organisations using pagers such as hospitals and emergency assistance organisations, the sending of text or call requests (immediate response or call back) to pagers is enabled with Attendant. This does require a link between the paging system and PeterConnects Attendant.
